Untamed & Unbelievable (Wild Animals) July 15th, 17th, 22nd, & 24th 10am to 12pm/12:30pm In this two week session, your kiddo will attend four classes: Oh Deer, Lunch for a Bear, The Deep Blue Sea, & Fishing Fun Get ready for an exciting adventure into the animal kingdom! Your children will discover the most amazing, unusual, and unbelievable features of wild animals like deer, bears, fish, and ocean creatures. Through hands-on activities, games, themed snacks, and stories, kids will learn how these animals use their special traits to survive in their habitats. Why do deer have antlers? Why do bears hibernate for winter? Each class will focus on a different group of animals, exploring their unique adaptations, incredible abilities, and surprising behaviors. Untamed + Unbelievable will spark curiosity, imagination, and a sense of wonder for nature’s most extraordinary creatures! Growing Up WILD is an early childhood education program designed to nurture children's natural curiosity about nature and encourage them to explore wildlife and their environment. Through a diverse array of activities and experiences, Growing Up WILD lays a solid foundation for fostering positive attitudes towards the natural world, as well as essential social and academic skills. This summer, we are thrilled to have certified teacher, Tressa Street at honey hippo. leading this multi-award-winning curriculum. Developed by the Association of Fish and Wildlife, this program aligns with Head Start and NAEYC Accreditation Standards and serves as an excellent way to prepare your child for school or to keep their minds engaged and eager to learn throughout the summer!
